About Laura

I am an experienced and dynamic executive with over 20 years of organizational leadership experience. As the Executive Director for Empower Youth Network, I grew a tiny organization into a thriving sustainable business. I am a thoughtful and collaborative leader with effective communication skills who knows how to successfully engage in and build dynamic partnerships, positively manage team members to promote cohesion and trust, and effectively lead program/project development, implementation, and evaluation. 

My expertise lies in assisting business leaders in achieving their personal and professional objectives. I focus on executives new to their roles and business leaders seeking guidance from an executive-level strategic collaborator.

In coaching others, I pull from my training in Insight Coaching (an International Coaching Federation accredited program) and Adaptive Leadership. I can support you in:
